The short version of our rental terms.
Rent is due the 1st
A $5 late fee is added if rent isn't paid by the 10th.
$35 deposit
Refundable when you move out, leave the unit clean, and give us written notice.
Month to month
No long contract. Give us written notice at least 10 days before you move out.
Bring your own lock
Keep your unit locked any time you're not there.
Insurance required
Your rental agreement requires you to insure what you store. Your homeowner's or renter's policy may already cover it.
24/7 gate access
Come and go any time with your keypad code. Office hours are Mon–Fri, 8–3.
What can't be stored?
For everyone's safety, these can't be kept in a unit: anything flammable or hazardous (gasoline, oil, propane, paint, chemicals, fireworks, explosives, ammunition), tires and batteries, produce, liquids, any living creature, illegal items, and anything you don't have the legal right to own. Units are for storage only. No living, working on vehicles, welding, painting, or running power tools. Full details are in the rental agreement.

Pay Rent
Each month we email you an invoice from QuickBooks with a Pay now button. That's the easiest way to pay, and it keeps your account up to date automatically.
Can't find the email? Use the button for your unit size. You can pay by card or bank account.
Rent is due on the 1st. A $5 late fee applies after the 10th. When paying here, please put your unit number in the payment note so we can apply it to your account. You can also pay by cash or check at the office.
